REFER A FRIEND FOR A $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE

How does the Refer a Friend program work?
  • Marne Elk Horn customers who refer a friend to sign up for one of our services — internet, TV, or phone — will receive a “thank you” in the form of a $50 Gift Certificate following verification that the new service is active.
  • The gift certificate will be good for a one-time use at participating businesses listed on the back and will expire 90 days after issuance.
  • The referrer may complete the form below OR the new customer may provide the name of the referrer at the time they sign up for service.
Program guidelines:
  • The gift certificate entitles the holder to $50 of goods or services from the participating business. This will be reimbursed by Marne Elk Horn.
  • Businesses are asked to bring redeemed gift certificates, with sales receipt attached, to the Marne Elk Horn office in Avoca, Elk Horn or Walnut, or send by mail.
  • Marne Elk Horn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or non-redeemed gift certificates.
  • Marne Elk Horn will not be held liable for merchandise returns after the gift certificate has been redeemed.
  • Participating businesses may choose to withdraw participation at any time by simply contacting one of our offices.
