Help

We're here to help. In order to facilitate the quickest response, please consider the following.

If you have Telephone or CableTV problems during our business hours, 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F, please call our office locally at 764-6161 or toll-free at 888-764-6141. If you experience these problems during non-business hours, please call the "on-call" technician at 712-764-9999. Some technicians use cell phones, some use pagers. You may be asked to enter your phone number or leave a message. Please do this so we can get back to you as quickly as possible.

Internet Tech Support is available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week at 866-764-6161. This is your first line of trouble-shooting if you are NOT a SecureIT subscriber. The Support Center maintains an excellent decision-tree system for trouble-shooting and has a procedure for escalating trouble-tickets that require additional resources.

If you are having problems w/ your Internet service / connecting to the Internet / email / or web surfing, please be at your computer and have it powered ON, have your username and password available when your call. Unless there is some kind of network outage, Support is severely limited if you are not able to use your computer system.

If you subscribe to either of our SecureIT products, we suggest you contact their support staff at 877-373-3320 before calling the Internet Support line OR our office. We'll most likely direct you there as your first step in trouble-shooting.

A common trouble-shooting tool that you can use on your own involves "googling" for any specific error messages that may have appeared on your screen. Remember, "Google" is your friend.

Bounced mail messages GENERALLY have somewhere between a long and a short description of the reason a message has been returned. It may have numbers indicating an error code, or an email address for the person capable of helping w/ your email.

"This page cannot be displayed" can be caused by network problems on the Internet as a whole; on OUR portion of the network; a personal firewall problem; having the "work offline" option selected under your file menu, or, as always, viruses or some other form of computer malware. Checking multiple sites is a good idea if your "initial page" fails to load. You can just type a new destination into the address bar and click "GO" or press the Enter button on your keyboard.

We're here to provide your "Connection to it ALL", so please utilize our help. We'll be happy to fix what we can and hopefully point you in the right direction on those things that need your input.
